currently hitting our head against a wall (figuratively), bc someone in here who didn’t know/realize we were in the middle of a draft restarted our computer for updates…so now we get to rewrite a bunch of stuff…if we can even remember where we got our stuff from.

Well, it took them 20 days to approve it, but my short-term leave of absence from work has been approved through 11/9. Maybe now we can relax and heal.

Well, the old *.t-e-c accounts (saoirse.t-e-c, etc.) are gone. Now, we have just one account. All *.t-e-c forum posts and blog entries were moved to the t-e-c user. Alas, all *.t-e-c comments turned into “unknown member” and our old *.t-e-c dissociabook activity is gone, but hey… 😛

Gotta love when you’re attempting to research dissociation, only to dissociate for about an hour because your working mind realized just how much you dissociate on a regular basis because you actually found something that describes the form/level of dissociation you have ^^” take that, imposter syndrome…though, I know that’ll be back before I know it

I’ve been there so many times. It can be challenging to research something you weren’t meant to look at that closely. Believe it or not, I (Janet) have never finished a book on dissociation. I always dissociate. Still. After thirty years. Fortunately, that doesn’t apply to everyone in the system, or you probably wouldn’t have this website. <laugh>
