I am 53. Was diagnosed DIDNOS about 20 years ago. Forgot about it, and within the past year have had so much stress that the condition exacerbated and I went searching for a diagnosis and remembered my earlier diagnosis. It fit, and even seemed to be more DID than OSDD at times.
