Introduction

We are a polyfragmented system, the body will be turning 55 next month, we live in Alaska but grew up in NY state, we work as a peer support specialist on a crisis response team for youth and families and really enjoy our job. We were diagnosed in 2000 but it wasn’t until very recently that we managed to find a therapist experienced with DID but also with Complex Trauma and she is absolutely amazing! We live with our adult son.
