Hi everyonem im glad I have found a place to learn and share. I was diagnosed with cptsd 32 years ago and figured everything going on with me was from that. My adult life has been chaotic to put it mildy and now I find out its did . wow!! Im shocked but so thankful that there is a better explanation for all the weirdness for lack of a better word, in my life. Hoping to work through this while learning  . im still at the beggining of this and more than a little scared of what i may find. Thank you for being here and letting me join
