My friend was recently diagnosed with DID and I was the first person to meet their alters. It’s been very challenging and I keep trying to find new ways to be supportive to their system. I thought joining a forum and getting to know and listen to other systems and allies might help. I respect you and accept you for who you are. I hope you can do the same for me. Thank you.
