Citalopram
Does anybody have any experience with this medication?
We’ve just been prescribed this about a week or more ago and we’ve been having depressive episodes and really bad intrusive thoughts. Just wanna know everyone elses’ experience with this.

I’ve never been on Citalopram but have undergone many med changes. Let
your doctor know what’s happening, especially if it worsens. And please
check in here or in Discord to let us know you’re doing OK – it sounds
like you’re having a rough time with it, and we’re concerned. 💜 -
I have been switched onto citalopram as well within the past couple of weeks, but that definitely is really concerning and it would be good to let your provider know about how bad it’s making you feel and especially important if it gets worse. I have actually had really good luck with it so far in my trial at 10mg. But meds definitely don’t work the same for everyone and I definitely think letting a professional know about how it’s affecting you would be good.
