I feel old…
I am almost 40 and I feel like a dinosaur when it comes to technology as far as social media is concerned. I am a private person as far as Facebook is concerned, I have an account that has been pretty dormant for years. I have also been in therapy for at least 6 years now and I am in the really bad part of that process right now, barely functioning. Can anyone relate?

I’m 48, welcome fellow dinosaur! We were diagnosed 29 years ago and have chosen the path of functional multiplicity. Some days are more functional than others. 😉 We have gone through some very hard times when we couldn’t work and could barely function, but the good news is that doesn’t last forever. Sorry to hear you’re having a tough time of it.

I can definitely relate. Going on 38 this year, and in a similar state of being. As for feeling like a dinosaur, slowly I’m noticing I’m more out of date with my understanding and usage of tech/apps/etc. You have my empathy; it’s funny getting older.

Same same, we are 37 and in general kinda sorta behind, we try to remain curious and openminded to trying new things though. It helps us explore new apps and sites an things an reinvigorates us a little.
