Hi, I was recently diagnosed with and had conversations with my psychiatrist about my having OSDD. I’ve done research on dissociative disorders and anxiety disorders before but I really hadn’t believed my experience matched up. Over the course of multiple years it became more clear to me that I exist on the spectrum of dissociative disorders, at least symptoms can make sense in that context, with perhaps a lesser form of DID. Or, what I now know would be classified as OSDD, with somewhat distinctive parts. (I prefer the term parts). I think interacting with those who’ve lived successful lives with this disorder would be helpful for me (and potentially other parts). Also community interaction in general helps those with MDD and other comorbidities of mine.
My nickname comes from my love of mycelium. Just a hobby. My body is female and 21 and I do identify with that age as host. Sorry I’m not used to talking about any of this openly at all.
