Hello, I was recently diagnosed by my Psychiatrist with DID. The crisis that made my system more apparent began last November and triggered the collapse of my ” house of cards” resulting in the voices being much more present as headmates. I have been in the process of rebuilding my house and getting to know my parts of which there is around 22 so far. There really is not much support out there, this has been overwhelming and a bit frightening so I am very relieved to find this community.
