A Tangled Mess

As other alters have mentioned, I am trying to start communicating with the alters that I “exiled” from front years ago. I asked our therapist how best to proceed, and she told me to start by asking them what they want or need. 

So far, it’s going more or less like this: 

I just LOVE amnesia. Especially amnesia that I personally enforced and now how to fix. 

This is going to take a while.
